I play WOW on a MAC ana use normal mouse button settings. I have no desire to have 15 different buttons on my mouse. If you want a great gaming mouse that feels good and has great response plus the neon lights look cool buy it. I guess some of the early production models had some problems but mine is rock solid and takes a banging. I found it much faster then the top of the line wireless I was using.
