Is the Guitar hero 3 controller bundle going to be compatible with rock band and vice versa?
I have an Xbox 360. I figured that I can get the guitar hero 3 bundle with one guitar, and then buy the Rock Band bundle. That would mean I’d have one wireless les paul controller and one stratocaster. Will each guitar work with both games, so I don’t have to buy another guitar for each separate game?

Okay, so i just got guitar hero on the PS3 and it comes with a guitar. But the game keeps asking for the microphone controller witch i dont have, and i just wanna play with the guitar controller. Its really pissing me off and i would be extremely grateful to anyone who knows what to do. Thanks very much.
What else besides a guitar hero SG controller and the game, would i need to play guitar hero 2 on my ps2?
Im thinking of going to gamestop and buying 2 SG controllers and Guitar hero 2 the game and then ill just play but idk what else i would need, or is that all i need.
P.S : I read somewere that a guitar hero SG controller from Guitar hero 1 , will work on guitar hero 2.
